i watched the roddick federer match and i can honestly say its probably one of the best that andy has done against him, but hes not going to beat him anytime soon. his backhand is to much a liability, and without being able to get federer worried about his serve then he wont have a chance any time soon. with jim courier as his coach it has definetly improved roddick, especially with his slice backhand and his chip and charge to the net. his net game is 10 times better then it was last year. but unless he can play every point with crazy pace and purpose he wont win a 5 setter against federer, imo

djokovic is going to be real good, hes young and has a good all around game. if he had a above average net game, a more consistent and deep backhand, and the mental prep he'll be winning some big titles soon.

 

Missed it... Djokovic will be a great player.

Fuck Roddick... too many errors. Fast serve is no longer enough to win with players like Federer or even Djokovic.

 

I want to see Roddick do well, but he isn't consistent... Obviously Federer is the best in the world now.

From what I'm seeing, Djokovic is going to be some player also.

 

werd throughout the match it was never more then 1-2 point difference. Rodger said this morning that he will be insane in a few years
