idiocy is strong with this one...
we have to close out tickets the techs go out on at night so we can watch for possible trends and what not. this ticket in particular stuck out to me.

i had one just like that where the phone was unplugged.....explained to the lady that the phone cord wasn't plugged into the jack & she looked at me & with a slightly confused look on her face, and dead-panned said
"but it's a CORDLESS phone......"
