You're getting older, fucker. Pizza, root beer then beer? :hs:

That's a pretty good recipe for heartburn.

i feel like im getting old but im hoping its just some anxiety from too much turbulence in life.... house for sale (just sold) trying to find a new house, spending mon-fri away from my wife, not being thrilled about my job.... im hoping when some things start to settle down, i will feel better....

Shit. That's a lot. Make sure you exhale one good time after everything is more settled. If not, migraines follow the heartburn.

Damn. Sounds like your diet might be a little rich?!? My gf cooks a lot of saucy foods that I don't think I can mess with anymore. lol

The last 3 months for me have been stressful. Quiting my job to go to another, hating that, then going BACK to my old job, having hours cut due to them hiring someone else... Then getting my hours back because it's busy and making the new person look like a waste of money :hsugh:....

I've been eating humble pie since, and feeling better.

i can say for certain i dont eat as well as i should. esp with my wife being away all week, when i just prepare for myself i usually dont eat until 8-9 or later.... and its usually food like burgers, brats, sausage, pizza, deep fried french fries.... you get the picture... the best meals (like best for me) are when i drop in on my parents once or twice a week and eat whatever they put together....
