In WA, OR, CA, AK, you may go directly to a pharmacy and ask the pharmacist to sell you Emergency Contraception or Plan B. You can get the pills for free if you are low-income. (In WA State, you must sign up for Take Charge to get Plan B pills for free.)

Check around some more and the number is upto 9 states but still not PA. Also the man cannot buy it. Only the woman.

I had to take a girl to get the pill when the condom broke. This happened at ~4am in the morning. I left and came back at 7am to pick her up to go to the gyn. I wasn't taking any chances.
