Medical is covered like any normal health ins company, like Blue Cross Blue Shield..but Dental and Eye arent technically "covered" They are covered by whats called a "health savings account"...every week my company puts in $20 or something, and every paycheck a portion of it goes in there. So whatever I have in there is what I have to spend on Eye and Dental. And I think I only have like $400...so whatever you dont have, you pay out of pocket. Its stupid.
