We just found out that ALL of our independent contractors need to have a notarized document from the DMV.
Anyone on here a Public Notary? If so what did you have to do and what does it mean by a $15,000 bond required. It might be cheaper for my company to become one...

for ca you just take a test. score 70% out of 30 questions. presto
only problem i see is if you have prior convictions or a criminal record cause the state will deny you if you do.
