Take the Lincoln Tunnel, that puts you right on RT. 3W. Take that all the way. It's right off RT. 3. It'll be on your left side so you'll take the first U turn once you pass it since it's on the opposite side of the highway.........it's about 15-20 mins give or take 5 mins with traffic once you get into Jersey.
