I just mean I have fun meandering around town in it...not driving all fast or crazy, just cruising with the top down.

They both have jobs that require a lot of hours worked...so I can see them not getting the chance to have fun with it. I wouldn't call them "kids with too much money to waste."

whoa that was aimed at me too?

if i had more money "to waste" then i'd spend every weekend doing a track event, which unfortunately is the only real "safe" way to have fun in an evo/sti etc. while not applicable to all, it would be the only way a lot of people would have fun with an s2k as well.

no, that wasn't aimed at you. i know you barely get to drive it. skelly on the other hand just picked the car up, and he's had several others before that, including an R, so i think he's just spoiled.

sorry, skel.

Whatever, you just sound exactly like the guys on s2ki who claim the cusco shatters, splinters, even runs away at the thought of a rollover.

Not too hard at all. Didnt need to cut any panels just need to remove the one where the soft top goes down onto. Or you can make cutouts and put it back in. If you get one, I can help you put it in no problem.

I too like to just drive around not speeding or anything. This car always brings a smile to my face.

dont get me wrong, i still have a blast driving my car. ive been taking my car up to the mountains every weekend for the past month and driving around for an hour or two. the car is still a "fun car"... im just bored of it not because the car is boring to drive, but just because im bored of it after having it for a year. the longest ive had any car is 1.5 years. :dunno:

i have "fun" driving it to work and back everyday too. but the car is seriously good for being only a weekend car. wearing a fucking suit and climbing in and out of the car to go see customers, and then having to have them watch and hear you pull up in a tiny little honda slammed to the ground does not seem the tiniest bit professional to me. i could care less about regular people on the streets thinking im some boyracer kid in a sports car, but i care what my customers think. first impressions are important.
