this past school year, i received a new student 3 weeks before the year ended. i talked to the counselor to find out why i got him so late in the year and apparently he got kicked out of his other school for drawing a picture of him shooting one of his teachers in the head and the head exploding :nervous:

hi vinnie :wavey: he was also a diabetic. the first day he was in my class, he fell asleep. he was hardly in my class though, spent most of his time in the nurses office. he looked so sweet and innocent. he came from a really good school in a great area with lots of "smart" kids. it's just sad.

I got in trouble for not standing up to say the pledge on 12 september 2001. >_> That was a great argument. It really set the stage for the great student-teacher relationship for the rest of the school year.
