HALP computer people
AVG just found a virus on my PC called PWS.Agent.MKS
what is it, how dangerous is it, and how can i get rid of it...
AVG denotes a status of "change" to a bunch of critical components, if I do reformat, will i have to refresh the boot sector?

from what i understand most pws.agents are password stealers... i'm wondering if it was just one of those freak occurances of a cracked file looking like a trojan
i'll take any help i can get. luckily i havent restarted in a while so chances are that it never got a chance to take hold and grab anything, or i'm hoping.
i think i can thank marshy and a file he lent me for this one... but i guess thats my fault for losing my clean version
:edit:
i searched google, the best i can get for it is that since it's part of the PWS family it must be a password stealer... generally i don't worry about those too mch because a lot of them seem to go inactive after the writer loses interest

it was in an unmodifiable mounted image.
it didn't find it in the image, but on the mounted drive, so there wasn't shit it could do... it still couldn't find it in the image
:Edit:
now i can't reinstall XP beacuse it doesnt recognise my SATA drivers or something. damnit
