Puncture in skin is detectable and you still have to hold the person still enough to inject the syringe. This usually leaves bruises on the wrists or point of restraint.


Yes I have studied and thought through many of these scenarios h:

Or make a high powered object, that shoots out tiny pieces of metal and shoot em in the head....I remember reading about the soldiers in WW1 and 2 that died but they looked fine no marks or anything...but when they did some X-rays there brains were scrambled from schrapnel

 

Bruising would still be noticeable...

 

A 22 bullet entered from just behind the ear will bounce around the skull and make scrambled eggs of the brain.

The bonus to this is a 22 sub round is very quiet so the neighbors will here a faint pop at best. The bad is that it is a large entrance wound and is easily traceable.

 

Take them to a deserted back alley and stab them with a large icicle. No murder weapon, no prints.
