just got a new nano for my bday since the 30g was stolen a while ago

picked up nike+ a few days ago

now its time to actually use the thing and get motivated

what works bet for you guys?
distance, time, calories, group goals, individual goals?

i lose interest in working out very easily, so keeping myself motivated is hard, hopefully the more i use this as a toy the more i will actually go running

also how did the han challange go? anyone interested in another one?

anyone have some good songs to run with, i have a small batch setup, and then some random crap thrown in, anyone have a great mix, i think this was done before so i will do some searching
