it does not. I actually didn't like the first few episodes, but that was mainly because they tried to just copy the british version, jokes and all, so it didn't really feel right. Now, they've sort of hit their stride and become it's own show.
I remember it got off to a slow start too, but last time I watched it was quite good.
I don't remember if it was the 1st or 2nd season but I watched a few episodes and wasn't impressed and didn't watch the rest. Later I saw reruns of what I missed and it was really good - I was sad I didn't catch them first time around.
