Default surfing crew v. noob
any surferÅŸon here?
I just went my first time today
it was fun. didn't get on my feet but was on my knees a couple times
got hit in the ear on both sides
overall a good time tho =)

Don't the beaches suck in NorCal? I remember driving by some and they didn't look very appealing, both water wise and terrain wise.

The best surf doesn't always break at the most scenic of places...just look at Maverick and Half Moon Bay as examples.
