I went to BB today exchanging some Blu-ray movies without a receipt and when the clerk scan them she said it's not in the system, we can't do anything for you. So I stopped by the BR area and sure enough those movies were there with the same barcode but I knew that already.

What me try to exchange my older sealed BR's for the lastest release No not me.....

 

how does bestbuy sucks if you try to return something without a receipt?

I called first and they said it was fine.... Exchange only or a store credit....

and lord, i didn't even think of how the moving encryption on these DVDs might effect refunds until now
