nice...I always like going back to the gym because you get results so fast...I get sore as shit the first 2 weeks tho.

I haven't been in ages... but I have been slimming down since the trip because of my diet (coke mostly).

I cant wait to get back in it. I almost went the other day... which is a big step since I didnt even WANT to go beffore that.
