ya wonder how they can bring charges against the people ...
its not their fault. its the machine / banks fault
granted they didnt report it, but its clerical error, i dont believe they would be held by law to report it

I was wondering the same thing although you can rest assured that the issuing bank will probably correct the credits from the associated accounts.

Well...considering how it was unplugged by the owner of the truck stop, and then plugged back in, that is where the problem lies

I'm black......you know my answer. But no what i'm getting at is apparently there were several people who probably knew that this machine gave extra money and used the machine. So the owners found out and took the machine offline...perfectly understandable. But for someone to go and plug it back in, knowing they could get more monies. That's where i constitute it as stealing.
