It's not the pain of the needle, it is my body. I guess I react bad to losing blood.

Just think happy thoughts I guess. lol DOnt think and focus too m uch on it and relax. Breath regularly.

Thats my only advice.



ps. I draw blood from myself soo I dont have a problem with it. Not sure how much help my advice was.
