House is about $450k($2200mo) in my area, taxes around 5k-7500yr, USED porsche Carrera $35-40k($450), Plastic porsche with electric motor for my son at 3 maybe $1k SUV for wifey $30k(450/)mo...plus no other Credit debt. Plus insurance at $450mo is only $3550 mo, bills and shit total about another $800, so $4350, I could still sock away 5% in retirement, plus so far my route has grown 20% over the last 2 months, 24% last month
what happens if you get sick and cant work anymore? what if your wife gets sick, what if you break a leg and cant hustle? all this is great right now, but living with that much debt is crazy

I just don't understand why you're anxious to start stretching yourself so thin so quickly. I mean, you JUST got the job. What if it doesn't work out? Just seems like you're jumping the gun.

lol at the financial advisors in this thread,
the guy is happy, let him dream it up for a lil bit. When it comes down to it, he'd be the one paying for shiet. He'll know once he starts stretching it.

Congrats on the new job, dude!!! Buy something nice for yourself.

Nobody's hating on you because of your financial decisions. We're all disappointed that you're not spending that chunk of change on a MKIV Supra.
