i have a spreadsheet of aroun 300 lines. Each line contains the name of 1 of 15 agents with an amount paid out to them. I already have the automatic filters so that i can choose each agent but i need a formula so that when i chose agent X and shows me all the lines for him, that a sum shows up for this person.

see IF-AND i find them easy for some reason. My question is a stupid 1 it's not even a formula it's just how do i do that h:

 

my guess are objectives of some sort or maybe a ratio that need to have a number attributed to it so that you can do statistics h:

i love access. i took a class on it last semester, i probably learned the most in that class than any other class ive ever taken.

 

Its basically the same thing as excel but its a Database

So instead of you typing in forumla to look up certain requirements you search for a keyword and it pulls up all the specific info...

So say your searchin for all the info you have on David Jones....Create a new query...
