with the two pics you posted above it looks like you have two of the same arm, but they just have different tattoos.

I think it looks good. Stars are definately my favorite shape...lol, such a dork.

But I agree with a few of the others, I wouldn't really call that a sleeve per say...but yea, it's cool!
