Sometimes when I get nervous I sweat. I never used to, but I've noticed it more recently. But, I sweat a lot during sports.

All I drink is Gatorade and water, too.

I used to get yelled at in the Marines cause they thought I wasn't working hard enough because I didnt sweat as much as everyone else. I was just efficient. I got the job done just as fast if not faster most of the time... but I was smooth.

Nah. I learned that faster doesnt always mean most efficient. Smooth = Controlled = Do it proper the first time = Fast
