Parking further away won't do anything but avoid door dings. In fact, I'm under the belief that parking further away only draws more attention to your car and potential theives.

I bet it was a bunch of kids. They'll randomly vandal things, with the intent of breaking and trashing, but not stealing.

Werd. Around here a few years ago there was a couple of kids who broke a ton of windows with an air rifle. Tough to catch them since they didn't have to be close to the car to do it.

I agree. I try to find somebody else who has parked in a safe spot and keep a respectable 1-2 spots away from them. Going out into the way boonies is asking for trouble.

sorry jae. u cant own anything anymore. most of these people that do this stuff do it randomly. no thought to it. still doesnt make the situation any better though. maybe the police can lift a finger print off of your car and note a pattern in the neighborhood and arrest them.

Sorry hommie. My lady's car got broken into a couple of months ago. They took the stereo. Nothing OG, but still. They busted the rear 1/4 window to get in.
