I just got pulled over in my gf's car like 4-5 blocks from the crib for 36mph in a 25mph zone. The sun was just about down and I was headed back to the house after going to fill up. This happened just after her and I were talking about all of my past tickets finally being dropped recently and our insurance being really low.

Dammit! I should have paid attention to how fast I was going. Hopefully the Hampton judge is like the one from Newport News. They will waive the ticket if I don't get another for 6 months (if you have a clean record)...I'll just have to take that day off to go to court.

Yea it sucks. I've never done traffic school but guess I could. I haven't had a ticket in years.
They have but that is mainly for reckless driving or other severe charges like DUI and repeat offenders.

 

Traffic school is chilled man. Don't sweat it. At least here in California it is. You can do it online in like and hour and you submit your paper work. Its really not a big deal. it beats the hit on your record right? :shrug:

no such thing as traffic school in MI, they just knock everything down to the most expensive ticket with no points and send you on your way.
