I see the commercials like 10 times a day and thought about using that. :happysad:
They use that for new construction areas all the time. You'll see that stuff put down one day and a week later you'll see a full lawn.

Question.......before I lay down the grass seed or any other plants for that matter, should I remove everything???

Everything meaning old grass or whatever's on the ground and just have good ole dirt or it doesn't really matter??

Yea I'm sure it comes with some type of instructions, maybe you soak it with water before spreading.

Soak the ground then go over the ground with a hard tine rake to rough the ground up a bit. Lay the seed and let it sit. Water in 24 hours but not excessivley.

Sounds simple enough, I think i'm gonna go for it. h:

I think they finish contruction in about 2-3 weeks then after that i'll tear out the yard and do what you said. I'll provide pics of the process on the grass growing which should be about a weeks worth.

I have a patch I have been having a hell of a time re growing so I may check that stuff out while I am running around, sure can't hurt since the $12 in seed I threw on it a month ago is dead
