1.) Rent is SOOO much cheaper out there.
2.) Those guys score some good jobs at early ages. Notice how none of them are in college? Its because there started working at an early age and are now making really good money with construction companies and City jobs. Im not kidding. Some of those 22 yr olds are making 70k working as Linesmans for SDGE. So add that to a cheaper cost of living and you have what you see. I still wouldnt want to be them though. East County fucking sucks.
