fuck i can just about buy a house on the water for 225k

my parents only paid i think 125k for 40 acres, the house, the polebarn, the garage ...

Although i'm always gonna be the city type of guy, I wouldn't mind having a place like that where I can go away for a while. I like the idea of having alot of land to do what I want with, my own house and not many people around to bother me. PA is kinda like that. If/when I get a house here I wouldn't mind having one in PA which is only ~2hrs away, granted I get a good paying job in the future.

Land is still very expensive in most of PA. The further east you go, the prices go up.
