if you made solid plans, you can call back and confirm. Again though, this was 5 days ago, I'd confirm.
if you made loose plans, kinda like "oh we should do lunch sometime, maybe Wednesday" (and this was said 5 days ago) ... 1 call, and you're done.

Don't call her at noon.
You're going to need to call her to make sure the plans are clear - where are you picking her up, what time, etc. Unless you already talked about that..in that case, you could always just show up :dunno:
