My friend was livid at the end... going on and on about what they left out and how it was her least favorite of the movies so far. I enjoy the books but am not as hard core as her, so the stuff she was bitching about I didn't even really recal. Still an entertaining movie. in my opinion
Yeah the person that I went with (may become another thrend...) read all the books and she really enjoyed this movie. She KNOWS that they have to leave stuff out so she can deal.
Frankly I don't want to sit through a 7 hour Harry Potter movie of 1 book and that is what it would take about to do it...

My major gripe is they might leave stuff out but they change stuff as well. Like i mean cmon the biggest obvious one is harry himself. I even heard that the Professor Umbitch is not what the book portrays

That's what I thought. They really can't cram all that in and expect people not to get antsy sitting in a theatre that long. Hell.. I personally think 2.5 hours for a movie is stretching it with me. I get antsy by the end no matter what the movie is. Besides.. that's what DVD special editions are for.
