I read in an article that some of the clients they are sending these letters to called as much as 300-400 times a month, and a lot of them requesting information on other Sprint customers. That is absolutely ridiculous.

you need to call a lot of fucking times before they do that. Plus its funny how these contract or agrements as they call them only work 1 way. You have the obligation to get a service with them for a determined period of time, yet they are not obligated to give you the service.

I got cingular to cancel my agreement by bugging the hell outta them before i switched to t-mobile. Just gotta be a pain, and when you get fed up, ask.
