... that it's having unexpected errors... does this mean that many of the errors with the site are expected?

and if it is so unexpected, why is there a preset response page for when it happens?
It seems they need to find a dictionary.

I was getting the same message earlier. A few F5's and I was in!
I think Microsoft needs a dictionary too, some of the windows error messages are just as bad. "Illegal Operation" - unless there is a meaning im not aware of.
