best bike forums?
just looking for someplace educational, maybe that has classifieds etc... but mostly just a chance to learn about bikes and maybe find a higher concentration of people with bike knowledge.

As a local board I also use: www.gtamotorcycles.com
They have pretty good FAQs on educating new riders. Buying a used bike, basic techniques and general maintenance. There are also a few riders from NY.
