UFC 73: Stacked ... Post your Picks
If Penn keeps up his new training regimen he may very well have a good chance of taking this one. His takedown defense is insane and if he keeps Sherk from taking him down, it is going to be a long night on the feet for Sherk.
I expected more from Ortiz vs. Evans. That fight is kind of a blur for me. I'm glad Silva defended his title. It was his first true defense, since Lutter failed to make weight his last fight. I hope to see a much better Franklin at the re-match. Hermes landed some knees though, I thought they were thrown like kicks. Sherk is definitely feeling those this morning.
Link me.
In other news, I actually won my parlay under odd circumstances. I thank Tito Ortiz for fighting like a chump, getting a point deducted which forced the fight into a draw and thus making that fight a push for me. ...and I specifically remember telling my friends that it is exceedingly rare that you push in MMA fights...
My parlay odds went from 20x to 12x, but I am still a happy guy. :-)

Its Ultimate Fighting. Let them go for a bit unless he isnt defending himself. I'm as surprised as you. I cant believe he didnt pounce back on Nog. Plus he gave him a full minute into the 2nd round to get his bearings back:slap:I expected more from Ortiz vs. Evans. That fight is kind of a blur for me. I'm glad Silva defended his title. Me neither but apparently but people were sayin it happened before the Tito fight and that the fighters looked over and you could hear the crowd like something happened? Apparently there was a delay while UFC doctors worked on the guy. I wanted to go to this fight too:nervous:
