I usually try not to bet on a fighter that I like more personality wise, but Ortiz gets on my nerves to no fuckin' end and so I put Evans in my parlay.

 

Bastid I dont dislike Evans but Tito is my favorite fighter. I read his blog on myspace and he is sooo ready for Evan

 

I also think that Ortiz is overrated like no other; beating Ken Shamrock (who is also overrated in my opinion) three times does not mean anything to me. It took a real GnPer like Couture to show him what's good after being fed a steady diet of middle ranked fighters.

bullshit. Ortiz is not overrated. I think everyone knows that he's pretty much garbage. He's just a good personality. That's why people like him. I like the dude cause of the shit he says. And the victory/defeat shirts :chuckles:

I am pretty excited about tomorrow's card. I expect to see some good fights and if not then oh well...but there has to be at least 1 good fight. I think Evans is going to take Ortiz. I like both fighters, but I see Rashad having the advantage in the stand up and a good enough ground game to ward Tito off. Rashad may very well take Tito down too. We shall see. I'm not betting the farm on Evans and very well looking forward to the match.

 

I don't know about overrated. Like him or not he isn't overrated. The only guys he's lost too have been top fighters in the light heavyweight division. Liddell, Couture, Frank Shamrock. Guy Mezger beat him also way back but Tito fought a rematch with him and took him out with a TKO. He's beaten Wanderlai Silva, Forrest Griffin, Patrick Cote, Evan Tanner, Vitor Belfort. Some pretty big names there.
