Yeah. The indian reservations around me don't sell bottle rockets(I don't think). But we went up to another county where they sold mortors. Still no bottle rockets.

Nothing if they are stored in decent conditions.
After a few years they can become "unstable" but I have lit off 5 year old fireworks theat were stored in my garage.
