I actually looked at this a couple months ago.
If you have the cable already, then it's not too much more to add the internet. But otherwise you need to get cable and the internet, which is ~$60 a month.

So I finally got around to calling.

They "fixed" it and I am getting 5 down now. Going to call tomorrow to get some fucking credit on my account
