Early morning Construction....
I swear imma throw a monkey wrench in one of those machines they have.
Its Saturday morning and i've been awaken by a jack hammer at 7am..isnt that a bit to early especially for a saturday?

Constuction takes place at any time of the hour, even through the night. It makes sense to do it early in the morning or late at night since that's when there is little to no traffic as opposed to during the day.
