Default TV Peeps...questions

Anybody have knowledge of the Best Buy coverage plans on TV's? I'm wondering if it covers the bulb on a projection tv...it's a 4yr plan.

Also, where's a good place to get HDMI cables that are high quality and dont cost an arm and a leg?

Thx.

most probably.

for short distances (<6')... the brand doesnt really make a difference. I'd just get one from monoprice.com.

Depends on the TV. Some TV companies allow one change. Otherwise the 3 year extended plan comes with 1 change usually.

for HDMI cables go to overstock.com, or amazon.com they sell their cables for roughly 40-60% off what best buy charges. I got my optical cables, and HDMI cable from overstock. I'll never buy from the box stores, they over charge. check them out for TVs as well as bestbuyplasma.com
I bet they can beat best buy's price easily.

One per four years. If you don't renew the plan, you have Best Buy order you a new bulb anyways as a precaution towards the end of the plan. You'll have to install it yourself though.

Werd...thanks diew!

Just found out our cable boxes don't have hdmi anyways, but I got free components from comcast. Now I just need a PS2 component, and a set for my dvd player.
