i've never really payed much attention to nutrition facts
but lately i find myself briefly going over them on everything i eat, not really knowing what im looking at

I read them all the time, especially the Sodium content, Cholesterol, and Carbohydrates. Try to keep them all as low as possible. The only other one I really have to watch is Potassium.

I was at my cousins and we were about to cook a digiorno, I look at the back and see for ONLY 1/6 of the pizza: 1k sodum, 35 cholesterol, too many calories.. it was just wow. Went to Taco Bell and got some 1/2 bean and rice burritos instead
