Earlier in the year i was pitching. I threw a fastball and my forearm popped, which ended up making my whole hand numb for 4 days. I pinched a nerver i guess. :hs:

Ulnar nerve.

Supplies feeling to your pinky and ring fingers. When you hit your "funny bone" it's from smashing your ulnar nerve which runs through your elbow :hs:.

i had a knot in my shoulder once. also pinched some nerves. i'd wake up some mornings and it would be totally numb from halfway up my neck down to my elbow. :hs:
