Penn is bad ass. Jens was saying BJ plans on going back up to 170:eek5: Be pretty cool to see him become a contender in the welterweight division again. BJ looked good last night. Much better shape than when he was on TUF. I cant wait to see whats next for him.
I'm actually a fan of Nick but Nate Diaz is a little punk. Not discounting his fighting ability but he acts like a punk. Trying to fight everyone in the house. I think Manny would have pulled it off if not for the injury.

 

I know, WTF was that all about? If Emerson would have waited a couple of more seconds he would have won by KO or would that be a TKO? I heard Matt Linland has done this to himself as well. Overall I think the call sucked ass. When Matt Hughes fought Carlos Newton and Newton applied that triangle, Matt picked him up and held him to the cage, then when Matt went out he slammed Newton to the mat and both fighters were out. Matt did not even know he had won. In this case, Emerson tapped and the ref. saw that first and so Maynard should have got the Win, who cares if he couldn't continue, before he was discovered out he made Emerson give up.

 

I would have preferred to see him in the final fight against Diaz. Not sure if it could have happened the way the show fights ended up getting done, but still, I was not expecting Manny to lose his rt. shoulder like that. Had it stayed in place , and Diaz hung in there getting mauled, Manny would have received the decision. Only chance Diaz had at winning was catching a sub. which is not easy on those short arms of Manny.
