wow, all they did was paint them and put shit in the wheels, that must have been hard 
at least the mexicans go all out when they build bikes and turn them into low rider bikes
scraper used to mean they were just scraping by and didn't have $ to spend on nice new stuff, like driving a 4 door bucket because that's all they can afford. i assume they mean the same thing. :dunno:
