Everything has batteries...
I am packing for a four day trip to the beach and realized that I have about 10 chargers I have to take. You would think that by now with vast knowledge and growing technologies that either A. Electronics don't need batteries or B. Batteries would last for days without needing to be charged.
Thoughts? Opinions?

i hate wires, therefore i hate things that use wires. i have been wanting to invent "wireless energy" where you would still have to plug in a wall charger, but the charger would send the energy to the device without a wire. that'd be sweet.
i saw there was something like that on thinkgeek but its not exactly how i pictured it do i might still have a chance
hooray for not capitalizing all of my "i's" today!

Shit son what the hell 10 gadgets do you have?
I have my phone which takes care of most of my web browsing, email, instant messaging, mp3 playing, and video game playing (I got Genesis and SNES emulators). It'll even take a photo in a pinch.
If it's a longer trip and I'll want to get on an actual computer I tote the laptop.
If I want to take pictures of higher quality than the phone can manage I bring one or both of my digital cameras (Casio S600 for slipping in a pocket, Kodak P880 if I want higher quality).
So that means most every trip I can get away with just my phone and nothing but the phone, and top out at a grand total of 4 chargers. I know you'll probably carry a bigger camera gear bag around (I as a hobbyist gave up on carrying around a bigass bag o' lenses) but damn man.
