I'll just list some artists, and a couple of albums it's easier because there are just too many songs by each one to list.
Bobby "Blue" Bland, "First Class Blues"
Blue Rider Trio, "Harp, Steel, and Guts"/"Preachin' the Blues
Cephas & Wiggins, they play Piedmont blues.
Eric Clapton, his roots are in the blues.
Olu Dara, "In the World"
Etta James, "Seven Year Itch"
Al Kooper, too many albums to pick from
Taj Mahal, "Taj"
Carl Martin, "Crow Jane Blues"
Charlie Musselwhite, harmonica afficianato, "Blues Never Die"
Raful and Kenny Neal, swamp boogie blues, Raful is the father and Kenny the son they sometimes play together.
Paul Butterfield Blues Band, too many albums to pick from.
Otis Spann & Muddy Waters, "Live the Life"
Joe Louis Walker, "The Preacher and the President"
Robert Johnson, there's only one album of his recorded works.
That's just a few of my blues...
