So to make a long story short, my job consists of connecting rod development. I work with one other guy and we report to one boss who reports to his boss. Pretty simple.

Me and my coworker barely have enough to do as it is - some days are hectic but most are doing filler R&D work.

The fucking idiots at my company hired 2 kids for the summer to do exactly what we do I have to give one of them a tour of the facility and explain how everything works. Even though I don't want to because he looks like a total douche and barely speaks english. The first thing I heard him say is "what's a load cell" :doh: He's Taiwanese or some shit and has an underbite exactly like this:



This sucks Now we have 4 people to do the work of 1.5.

Sucks to go through that though :hs: I've been there. Training someone to do what you and not as well is horrible for morale.

 

That picture is actually incredibly representative of his underbite. It's that dramatic.
