Debt Collectors v. harrassment
So I was wondering if anyone knew how many times a debt/bill collector can call someone in a day??
I tried to look it up online but a lot of it was pretty vague and just said they can't use the telephone as an annoyance. So I wanted to see if calling every hour would be considered harrassment

Talk to them chica... seriously... you don't want these fawkers on your back... let them know if you're having problems making payments.... It's just a whole heap o trouble that is sooo not worth it... trust me.

The account that they are calling on is a house account that I had during the school year that was overdrawn about $20 so they service charged us another $33 so its over $55. I talked to them on saturday and told the lady about it and all this shit and she said she would stop calling because I said we'd be putting money in it by this week to pay off our last gas bill.
One of the girls is putting the money she owes in today which should take care of the debt but the point is that looking over all the fair collections information I think I can send a complaint under the grounds of harrassment

Yeah I wouldn't care if I owed like 100s of dollars but it's ridiculous and we already had a problem with the bank charging us fees and overdrawing our account when they said we had an account that wouldn't allow us to take out funds if we didn't have it. Apparently, they made that up so its been a real big annoyance using this bank
