I've been lucky and have gotten a hold of 2 of them at totally random times

Target has been consistent with stocking 2-3 every Sunday

I'm in SoCal and it seems like we get more shipments of them out here. I saw two or three of them at Best Buy in Pasadena and a stack of them at Costco in Irwindale this past Sunday. None in stock at Target though.

when i got mine back in february I just went to toys r us on a saturday, asked for a wii they didnt have any in stock and they told me the next shipment would be sunday morning and to get there early. I was there at 8am to wait in line It was cold out so the store manager gave out coupons to the people waiting.I went home and came back at 10am and picked up my wii. Just try calling the store and ask when the next shipment will be.
