this girl i knew constantly bit her nails, so she got that stuff, it tastes like shit and you paint it on your nails. didnt really work, but we were at a friend's house one day and painted one of those listerine strips with it and put it back in the pack. gave it to our friend, it was funny :chuckles:

^ use to use that way way back in the day, my mom tried getting me to stop when i was little by using that stuff ... after a lil while i started actually liking the taste
