Default Speed [img]

Just thought this was kind of a neat shot.

This is the speedometer of a 1909 Brush from today

Brush is a brand of car that is no longer around. In the early years of cars there were tons of different manufacturers before the "big 3" took dominance of the market.

This is one of those companies that didn't make it.

Default To Each His Own

As I always say, to each his own, whether someone is :ghey: or thinks some old funky-ass speedometer looks good :reechy:

For real though, no disrespect, It's just not to my liking.
(I was trying to be funny if that helps hold back the anger)

Considering you are nothing more than a Honda fanboy it really doesn't surprise me you have no interest in anything that contributed to the automobiles growth except all things Honda.

You can go away now kiddo

Nicely played

I am a Honda fan boy, obviously, no denying that.

However, I actually find some historical autos very interesting, such as Ferraris

Yet not the vehicles that led to the technology that made those cars possible? Without these old cars the technology would not be there.

You make a very good point and such cars do deserve to be honored in museums, etc.

I just don't like the way the speedo looks(fugly), my post really wasn't meant to bag on the company that made the car.

Nice shot...now all I need to do is resize some my car show shots to fit in here. I've been enthralled by of all things hood ornaments.
