this is a career, i'm in at every level of this company. the fact that it takes 15 years before i get a share of the company and can reap the profits seems fair to me.
i have no intentions of leaving this company. would i like to do other things? sure who wouldn't. will i? probably not, i have a stable enjoyable job with wide open advances, our company is aging, and there isnt much "youth" to be had currently. and our company is very very big on promoting from within before hiring from outside. in 4 years i've gone from a delivery driver to counter, to asst manager, to outside sales for our store of the year 3 years running , to having my own location, to now being at the low run in corporate ... seems good to me :dunno:

I'm not one to bash on anyone's job. But, it seems like any company who's doing that to you might not have you in their best interest. Or, they simply lack the structure of a good company.
My comment on the career part is simply based on that.
